Once your platform is live and you've started inviting ambassadors, the last step is making sure they know how to use it. Tribe is built to be intuitive — and the first time an ambassador signs in, a short setup walks them through completing their profile. The resources below cover everything after that.
📚 Training resources
Both are hosted online, need no login, and can be forwarded straight to your ambassadors.
- Ambassador Introduction Guide — a step-by-step walkthrough of the ambassador side of the platform: profile, inbox, notifications and good conversation habits.
- Ambassador Introduction Webinar — a pre-recorded session showing the ambassador experience on screen.
Send both links in the same message as the invitation, so the ambassador reads them before their first sign-in.
What to tell ambassadors yourself
The guide covers the platform. Three things only you can tell them:
- Who they are talking to — the kind of prospect your platform attracts, and the questions that come up most.
- Response time expectations — you can see each ambassador's average response time under Analytics → Ambassadors, so agree a target up front.
- When to hand over — how to reach you when a prospect asks something they can't answer. You can step into any conversation yourself; see Managing Conversations.
