We’re so excited to have you join as a Tribe Ambassador 🎉 By sharing your own experiences, you’ll help future families feel more confident, connected, and excited about joining your school's community. You’re now an important part of helping them take their next step!
Getting started only takes a few minutes. Here is how to set up your account:
1️⃣ Receive an invitation
Every Tribe ambassador journey starts with an email invitation from your school. When it arrives:
- Click the "Activate my account" button, which will redirect you to the registration page.
- define a password, and click on the ‘set password’ button.
📌 Tip: Mark Tribe emails as “important” in your inbox so you never miss a notification or update from us.
2️⃣ Create your profile
Your profile tells prospective families a little bit more about your family and your experience at the school. The more information you provide, the easier it is for prospective families to connect with you!
- Add a friendly profile picture.
- Fill in the profile questions to the best of your ability.
- Save your profile updates.
📌 Tip: Mention what made your family choose the school, a highlight of your experience, or something you love about the community. If there’s something you’d rather not share, just leave it blank; it won’t appear on your profile.

3️⃣ Download the mobile app
The mobile app is the easiest way to manage your chats. It works just like a standard text message app, notifying you whenever a new message comes in, and allowing you to respond easily straight from your phone. Download it for free from the Google Play and the Apple App Store.
📌 Tip: Turn on push notifications so we can instantly let you know whenever someone sends you a message.
4️⃣ You are all set!
Prospective parents can now find you and start sending messages. You will be notified whenever someone reaches out via:
- Mobile app notifications: For the fastest replies, ensure you are logged in and have accepted push notifications.
- Email notifications: If you are not logged in to the app, we will send message alerts to your email.
📌 Pro-tip: If possible, to respond within 24 hours. Prompt replies help build trust and keep prospective students engaged.
5️⃣ Explore the platform
You can access your Tribe account through the mobile app, or via the online platform on desktop or mobile at the following link: app.tribeadmissions.com.
Additionally, whenever you receive an email notification about a new message, the link within that email will redirect you straight to the platform so you can reply instantly.
When logging in, you will see a navigation bar on the left-hand side (on desktop) or at the bottom of your screen (on mobile). All features are available across both the web and mobile app versions of Tribe. Each account has three major sections:
1. Ambassador Overview:
The Ambassador Overview section displays the profiles of all your fellow ambassadors. This is a great way to see who else is representing your school and get inspiration from how they have set up their own profiles.
2. Inbox:
Your inbox stores all of your chats with prospective parents and works just like your WhatsApp or Instagram inboxes.
- New Messages: All new messages are listed at the top of your inbox, ordered from newest to oldest.
- Unread Messages: Conversations you haven't yet opened are marked by a red circle 🔴 in the top left corner.
- Manage your Inbox: To keep your inbox clean, you can archive conversations that have ended. Use the ‘Archive’ button at the top right of the chat. You can still access these in the ‘Archived’ tab.
- Block a User: If a conversation makes you feel uncomfortable, use the ‘Block’ function found behind the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the chat. This prevents the user from messaging you again and notifies the platform admin to review the situation.
3. Profile & Settings:
This page is where you manage your public profile and account details.
How to update your profile:
- Make your changes in the ‘Account Information’ or ‘Profile Information’ sections.
- Click the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.
- Voila! Your profile is instantly updated.
