See who has signed up, what they told you, chat with them, export the list or remove access.
Prospects in the sidebar opens the Prospect Registrations page. It lists every prospect on your platform — those who signed up through your website and those you invited — newest first, with the total under the title.
Before you start
- You need an admin account.
- Prospect data is personal data. Export and share it in line with your institution's data policy.
📋 Reading the table
Each row is one prospect. Columns:
Column | Meaning |
Last Name / First Name / Email | As entered at sign-up |
Marketing | Whether they agreed to receive marketing. Only prospects with Yes are sent to your CRM. |
Last Active | When they last used the platform |
Signed Up | The date they registered |
Status | Active, or disabled |
Country of Residency | Where they told you they live |
Onboarding answers | One column per onboarding question — for example area of interest and expected start date |
Sort any column with the arrows in its header. Type in Search prospect… to find someone by name or email. Use the arrows at the bottom to page through.

Prospect actions
Click a row to open the prospect's full record. For everything else, open ⋯ in the Actions column.
Action | What it does |
Click the row | Opens the prospect's full record |
Chat with [name] | Starts a conversation with them in your inbox |
Disable user access | Stops them signing in; their record and conversations stay |
Delete user | Permanently removes their account and data |
How to start a conversation with a prospect
- Find the prospect and open ⋯ → Chat with [name].
- You're taken to Chats with the conversation open.
- Write your message and send.
The prospect is notified by email if they don't see it straight away.
How to disable or delete a prospect
- Disable user access when someone shouldn't use the platform any more but you need to keep the record. They can be re-enabled later.
- Delete user when you need to remove their data entirely — for example on a deletion request. Prospects can also delete their own account from their profile; when they do, they disappear from this list along with their conversations.
Delete is permanent and removes their conversations too. If you're unsure, disable first.
📤 How to export the list
Click Download CSV at the top right. The file contains every prospect and every column, including onboarding answers. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
If you find yourself exporting regularly to load prospects into another system, connect your CRM instead — see CRM Integrations.
✅ Check it worked
After starting a chat, the conversation appears at the top of Chats. After disabling a prospect, their Status changes in the table.
