Find, edit, pin, hide and remove ambassadors from the Ambassadors page.
Ambassadors is the first item in the sidebar; the page is titled Ambassador Management. It lists every ambassador on your platform and lets you control what prospects see. For inviting new ambassadors, see Inviting Users.
🔍 Finding an ambassador
The page has two views. Switch with the toggle on the title row. The total number of ambassadors is shown under the title.
- Card view shows profiles as prospects see them: photo, their starred answers as pills and the start of their About me. The footer of each card has the chat button and Profile →.
- List view is a table with Last Name, First Name, Email, Last Active, Signed Up and Status. Use it to check who's active and when they last signed in. Long lists are paginated. Email addresses are visible to admins only.
To narrow the list:
- In card view, choose a filter such as Area of Study or Nationality. It applies straight away and shows as a chip; click the chip to remove it, or Clear all when more than one is active.
- In list view, type in Search ambassador….
- If your platform has ambassador sub-roles, a Profile Type filter can be shown first in the filter bar. Tribe switches it on for you — contact your Account Manager.
🛠 Ambassador actions
Every ambassador has the same set of actions. In card view they sit at the top right of the card (pencil, pin and eye icons); in list view they're under ⋯ in the Actions column.

Pencil icon (card view), or click the row (list view) | Opens the ambassador's profile for editing |
Chat with [name] | Starts a conversation with them in your inbox |
Pin | Keeps them at the top of the public Iframe and of this page |
Hide / Unhide | Removes them from, or restores them to, the public Iframe |
Delete | Permanently removes their account |
How to edit a profile
- Open the ambassador's profile with the pencil icon in card view, or by clicking their row in list view.
- Change any field. The page saves as you go — All changes saved appears at the top right.
- How visitors will see you shows a preview of their card, with the profile strength above it.
There is no Save button. Close the page when you're done.
How to pin an ambassador
Click Pin (the pin icon in card view). Pinned ambassadors appear first in the public Iframe and at the top of this page. Pinning respects filters: a pinned ambassador only appears first in a filtered Iframe if they match that filter.
Use it for your strongest ambassadors, or for the ones who respond fastest.
How to hide or unhide an ambassador
Click Hide (the eye icon). The profile disappears from the public Iframe and shows as faded in card view. Click Unhide to restore it.
Hiding doesn't affect existing conversations — an ambassador who is hidden can still read and reply to chats already open with prospects.
New ambassador profiles start hidden so they can finish their profile before going live. Check card view for faded profiles and unhide them once they're ready.
How to remove an ambassador
- Open ⋯ → Delete in list view, or open the profile and scroll to Account → Delete.
- Confirm.
Deleting is permanent and removes the ambassador's profile and account. If they might return next year, Hide them instead.
✅ Check it worked
Open your public Iframe in a private browser window. A pinned ambassador appears first; a hidden one isn't listed; a profile edit is visible on their card.
